Dave W. Rothenberg is a native of Northeastern Pennsylvania and a graduate of Temple University in Philadelphia. After completing his studies at Temple University’s Fox School of Business, Mr. Rothenberg attended Roger Williams School of Law where he graduated Cum Laude. During his studies at Roger Williams School of Law, Mr. Rothenberg also obtained recognition for his outstanding pro bono service in the community and certification as a licensed Mediator in the State of Rhode Island.
Prior to joining Rothenberg & Campbell, Mr. Rothenberg was assigned as a Rule 9 Prosecutor for the Attorney General’s Office of the State of Rhode Island. Mr. Rothenberg prosecuted numerous criminal cases at both the Trial Court and Superior Court levels. Mr. Rothenberg’s experience in litigating criminal defense matters at all levels of prosecution, from investigatory stages through trial, has proved invaluable amongst his clients in prevailing at trial and negotiating favorable plea agreements.
Mr. Rothenberg is admitted to practice in all Pennsylvania Courts as well as the United States District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania. Mr. Rothenberg centralizes his practice on civil litigation and criminal defense.
As a lifelong resident of Northeastern Pennsylvania, Dave has a strong passion to help his community. In addition to bringing his criminal defense experience to the firm, Dave joined Rothenberg & Campbell to help injured victims and provide the highest quality assistance they need and deserve.
