Howard A. Rothenberg is a graduate of Rutgers University (B.A. History) and New England School of Law (cum laude). Mr. Rothenberg is admitted to practice in all Pennsylvania Courts and all United States Federal Courts in the States of New York, Virginia, New Jersey, Massachusetts and Florida.
Since being admitted to the Bar in 1983, Mr. Rothenberg has extensive experience litigating all types of civil matters including personal injury, product liability, premises liability, family law, custody, divorce, partnership dissolutions, corporate dissolutions, real estate issues, estate issues and will contests.
Mr. Rothenberg is a member of the Lackawanna County, Monroe County and Wayne County Bar Associations. He has achieved some of the highest jury verdicts in Lackawanna and other surrounding counties and is a former Arbitrator with the American Arbitration Association, is a certified Federal Mediator, is a former Hearing Panel Member of the Pennsylvania Disciplinary Board and currently serves on the Pennsylvania Judicial Evaluation Commission.
Mr. Rothenberg lives in Clarks Summit, Pennsylvania with his wife, Elizabeth. He is the proud father of three children, Janet (deceased), Deborah and David.
